I Scream for Pizza (Newcastle Quayside)

Big, foldable New York slices right on the water.

Down on the Quayside, I Scream for Pizza does proper New York-style pizza: big, thin, foldable slices, made in-house with British Shipton Mill flour and baked in an imported American PizzaMaster oven.

It comes as 14-inch pies, monster 20-inch sharing sizes, slices and subs, and the signature white and chocolate soft serve is worth saving room for.

Value-wise it’s one of the best on this list: any 14″ pizza is £10 between 4–6:30pm Sunday to Thursday, and there’s a £5 lunch deal (large slice plus a soft drink) weekdays 11:30am–2pm.

If you order one thing, make it the Nduja Honey Pie.
