Flint has become one of Heaton’s most talked-about openings, built around proper Neapolitan pizza, a tight selection of small plates and a well-chosen natural wine list.
It’s walk-in only unless you’re booking as a group, and the menu shifts with the seasons. Fresh dough is made in small batches daily, so it’s not unusual for Flint to sell out and close early.
